KPC LIVE Terms of Use

1.1 “Platform” means the KPC LIVE official website, mobile pages, official video pages, brand channels, content distribution pages, event registration pages, customer service pages, and other digital services that KPC LIVE may launch in the future.

1.2 “Content” includes, without limitation, text, images, videos, audio, live replay, hand analysis, graphics, trademarks, logos, layout design, code, data, downloadable materials, copy, and other displayable content.

1.3 “User Content” means any materials or information submitted, uploaded, posted, commented, messaged, sent, or otherwise provided by users on the Platform.

1.4 “Affiliates” means companies, brands, partners, and authorized operators that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with KPC LIVE.

2.1 You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into and perform these Terms under applicable law.

2.2 Persons under the age of 18 may not use the Platform’s services, submit personal information, or participate in any registration, interaction, event application, or account creation. If we discover a minor using the Platform, we reserve the right to immediately terminate services and delete related data.

2.3 We may at any time require you to provide age or identity verification, including but not limited to ID cards, passports, or other valid identification. If you refuse to provide such materials, provide false information, or if we reasonably suspect you are under 18, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access or services, and may take actions including account suspension, content deletion, and legal pursuit of liability.

3.1 KPC LIVE is a platform focused on high-stakes cash games, poker content, tournament broadcasting, brand announcements, user interaction, and related media services. The Platform does not offer gambling-related services; all content is for competitive demonstration, entertainment, and informational purposes only.

3.2 Content displayed on the Platform is intended solely for lawful information distribution, media presentation, brand promotion, community interaction, and related ancillary services. It does not constitute a gambling invitation, betting offer, promise of winnings, guarantee of returns, or legal advice.

3.3 Where the Platform involves offline tournaments, events, recordings, publications, interviews, viewing, ticket applications, partnership inquiries, or other special matters, such matters may be subject to additional rules, event descriptions, registration terms, on-site policies, or cooperation agreements. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and such special rules, the special rules shall prevail.

4.1 When registering an account, completing forms, submitting partnership applications, or subscribing to updates, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, complete, legal, and current.

4.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your account, password, verification codes, and other credentials, and for all activities conducted under your account.

4.3 You may not impersonate any person or entity, or steal identities, emails, social accounts, avatars, trademarks, or other materials.

4.4 You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized account use, security breaches, or information disclosure.

6.1 All copyrights, trademarks, database rights, layout rights, audio-visual rights, and other intellectual property rights in the Platform and its Content are owned by KPC LIVE or its respective licensors.

6.2 Unless expressly permitted by law or in writing by us, you may not copy, reproduce, scrape, mirror, display, adapt, compile, distribute, publicly perform, commercially exploit, or create derivative works of any Content, except for fair use permitted by law — such as reasonable quotation for news reporting, commentary, teaching, or research — provided that source is clearly credited and the original meaning is not distorted.

6.3 You may browse and share for personal, non-commercial, lawful purposes without altering original content, provided that intellectual property notices are retained and you do not imply endorsement, partnership, or authorization by KPC LIVE.

6.4 “KPC LIVE”, “KPC”, “King Poker Cup”, and related logos, names, graphics, show titles, event names, and layout elements may constitute trademarks, trade names, or protected identifiers and may not be used without written permission.

7.1 All comments, messages, images, videos, suggestions, feedback, partnership materials, registration materials, and other information you submit to the Platform must be legally owned by you or duly licensed.

7.2 You warrant that such content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, reputation rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.

7.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, you grant KPC LIVE a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free license to store, copy, display, publish, distribute, edit, process, and use such content in connection with Platform operation, promotion, archiving, and compliance.

7.4 We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, edit, delete, block, or refuse to publish User Content.

8.1 The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, social media, video platforms, payment pages, mapping services, or partner sites.

8.2 Such third-party platforms are not controlled by KPC LIVE, and we make no warranties regarding their content, accuracy, security, privacy practices, availability, or results.

8.3 Any risks, costs, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of third-party platforms are solely your responsibility.

9.1 Your use of the Platform is also governed by the KPC LIVE Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9.2 The Platform may use cookies, pixel tags, log files, device identifiers, and similar technologies to support login sessions, preferences, analytics, content optimization, security, and user experience improvements.

10.1 The Platform may display tournament times, locations, structures, formats, blinds, prizes, guests, video schedules, partnership details, and other information.

10.2 We use reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy, but such information may be changed, postponed, canceled, interrupted, or updated due to regulatory requirements, operational arrangements, partner decisions, on-site execution, safety concerns, or force majeure.

10.3 You shall rely on on-site announcements, special rules, official notices, and final published materials.

11.1 The Platform and its Content are provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KPC LIVE makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuity, availability, accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, or error-free operation.

11.3 We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, secure, virus-free, or fully compatible with any device.

16.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Suggest: Hong Kong SAR / Singapore], without regard to its conflict of law rules.

16.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration under its then-effective rules.
